Park has empanelled a number of fully equipped hospitals / nursing homes across the country, which have agreed to provide cashless hospitalization services to our members on production of photo identity card issued by us.

Issuance of ID Card and User Guidebook
ID cards along with comprehensive user guidebook issued within 3 days after receipt of Policy documents from the Insurance Company
